ACP (Nurse/Paramedic) - Flexible SEMP Contract - The Junction (Clapham)

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently assess, treat and discharge patients presenting with acute conditions in our urgent care hub and GP clinic.
• Prescribe medications and order tests (within scope), interpreting results to guide care.
• Promote patient health and self-care, and liaise with other services as needed.
• Maintain high standards of patient experience in a fast-paced environment.
