We're looking for an experienced and resilient IUC Duty Shift Manager (Clinical) to join our Integrated Urgent Care (IUC) Operational Delivery Team. This is an exciting opportunity for a registered healthcare professional with IUC/111 experience to take a pivotal role in the real-time management of clinical operations, ensuring safe, effective, and responsive patient care across our network.
As the Clinical Duty Shift Manager, you'll be responsible for the real-time management of 111 and Clinical Assessment Service (CAS) clinical queues, working closely with operational colleagues to manage risk, resources, service performance, and patient safety.
You will act as a key clinical decision-maker, providing expert guidance, managing live operational risks, supporting escalation processes, and ensuring high-quality service delivery during operational shifts.
